The results are in!! The winner of the Chamber’s raffle basket for the benefit of maintenance and repair of the Chamber’s Welcome Center is Carole Sherwood. The raffle successfully raised over $1000.00. The Chamber Board of Directors thanks Kingman Gallery, Boyce’s Motel, Sea Kayak Stonington, Maine Camp Outfitters, Island Approaches, Nervous Nellies Jams and Jellies, Shore Shop Gifts, LLC, Haystack Mountain School of Crafts, Dockside Books and Gifts, Opera House Arts, the Deer Isle-Stonington Historical Society, 27 Fathoms Waterfront Grill, Happy Camper Soap Co., Wild Ginger Arts and David Taylor for their generous donations to the raffle basket. Special thanks to Fran Roudebush, Annie Taylor Gray and the other Welcome Center volunteers for their efforts in organizing and running the Raffle. It was a smashing success!
