From June 19 until July 1, the Deer Isle Artists Association is pleased to present “Distinctive Marks” at the Deer Isle Artists Association Gallery in downtown Deer Isle.

The show features a wide range of forms by artists from around the peninsula, including Emily Brett Lukens, Ron Deprez, Mary Eaton, Steve Ettinger, Alan Flowers, Stephan Haley, Jill Kofton, Leslie Landrigan, Jerry Levitt, Luna Lyman, Julie Meranze-Levitt, Woodley Osborne, Cynthia Stroud Watson, and Maura Tillotson, and Alice Wilkinson. The Art Rack will feature work by Betsy Braunhut, Leslie Landrigan, William Lukens, Luna Lyman, and Cynthia Stroud-Watson.

The public is warmly invited to a reception with the artists on Sunday, June 24, from 3:00 – 5:00 at the DIAA Gallery at 15 Main Street in Deer Isle Village. The gallery is open daily, Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10:00 – 5:00.
