Maia Aprahamian, Deer Isle rooted composer of sublime symphonies, Orthodox liturgical music and massive choral pieces, also wrote at least 12 full-length operas and more than 80 songs, with and for children– and the people who love them. We are bringing to life several of her compositions for children, curated by Judith Jerome and directed by Peter Szep.
