Solo exhibit of new photographs by Lynn Karlin at Kingman Gallery. Besides new images in her famed Pedestal and Still Life series she will be showing her new venture into portraiture.

In addition to its regular gallery artists, the Kingman Gallery is opening a solo exhibit, Making the Ordinary Extraordinary, photographs by Lynn Karlin. The show will include new photographs from Karlin’s famed Pedestal and Still Life series.  Also included is Lynn’s latest venture into portraiture, for which she won a project grant from the Maine Arts Commission.

The exhibit will run July 2 – August 4 with an artist’s reception Friday, July 5, 2-5.

The Kingman Gallery is located at 117 Center District Crossroad, Deer Isle, 1/2 mile south of Deer Isle village at the corner of Sunset Road (15A).
