Dear Chamber Members:

The Deer Isle-Stonington Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center volunteers will be holding a raffle at the Community Yard Sale on August 17 at the Island Community Center. All proceeds from the raffle will be used for the repair, maintenance and operations at the Welcome Center – the initial point of contact for all visitors to the Island, the distributor of the business information of Chamber Members and the resource for questions about services and where to shop, eat and stay and Island events. To that end, the Chamber Board is asking for contributions for items to be placed in the raffle basket. If you can make a donation, the donated items can be picked up at your business or other preferred location of your choosing by the Welcome Center volunteers at any time before August 2.
